Chef Matthew Petrie (graduate of the Asheville-Buncombe Tech Culinary Program) and Appalachian Food Services proudly offers 10 unique dining facilities located throughout the campus.
Appalachian Food Services is operated by Appalachian State University--not an outside, for profit corporation like many other schools-- and operates on a declining balance system where students decide when and where to spend their money.
